2005 Xtr 3dr

looking a bit of last minute advice, going to look at an 05 xtr 3dr tomorrow. does anyone know if there was anything in particular to worry about on this model? would it have a toyota warranty? does anyone know what they cost new?

Bothy is the three door expert. He has a thing about five door Ravs not sure why. Could be that he's a little fearful of grown ups

If its an 05 plate, its a 4.2. You dont say wether its petrol or diesel, if its petrol you've little to worry about.

If diesel, may be worth asking about the DMF, other than that pretty bullet proof. Toyota warranty will now

be up, but haggle for a years warranty anyway. Good luck ;)

You should have next to nothing to worry about :) , if you are buying from a main dealer they should give you a years warranty with the car. if it not from a main dealer the original 3 year warranty would be up by now but you can buy extended warranties from Toyota, and to be honesty they are the only ones worth the paper they are printed on !

You can extent your warranty with Toyota for one or two years, they offer them with unlimited or limited mileage,

1 year unlimited £499.14...Limited £464.89

2 year unlimited £753.61...Limited £699.78

...and they are available interest free over 10 installments, i only know this as I've just renewed mine :)
