M62 today, Eastbound heading for M60 West, dark coloured T Sport - not sure if it was green, blue or black in the greylight. The car had chavved up windows, and the driver was late 20s, early 30s, dark haired and a killer cripple hook which was well and truly locked to the top of the steering wheel, that's locked I say...
