Heated Mirrors

Hi everyone.

Do you know if is any chance to put heated door mirrors on my 2008 Toyota Aygo? I mean, if the older versions of Aygo/C1/107 has this options (I don't know that for sure), perhaps the cabling system is mounted on new versions too, and must be changed only the mirror glass.

Do you know something about this?

The older models did NOT have this option availale nor do the new ones.

No cabling is provided for anything else than power windows and central locking

and those wires aren't even there when your car doesn't have these systems.

I happen to be in the process of making a couple of heated mirrors myself,

but progress has been slow; I've got an extra set of mirrors to work on,

so I can still use the mirrors on the car to look back , but I haven't really

gotten anywhere in the past year untill a couple of weeks ago.

AFAICS I probably won't have them ready this winter; too busy with other projects...
