Arghhh Audio Help!

my rolla has the factory option full screen sat nav well bwt november last yr i was driving to work down country roads 'beats motorway traffic' so its abit bumpy i went over a bump n the radio cut out so i thort ahhh aerials just fallen out of the back of unit nothin 2 worry about....

so i took it out later that week n was in fine checked all connections no probs and its not worked since...

the lads at work told me was most likey unit so gt one priced up and because its the alpine one its £2200 exchange :( got onto toyota for abit of compo bwt it like they sometimes do and gt told em no chance son

decided to leave it but now im getting sick of listenin 2 cds all time and just want to listen 2 chris moyles on way 2 wrk ect

i did a system check on the sat nav yesterday and theres no codes and according to toyota technical there would be a code in it if the radio was faulty

so... i checked it 2nite and if i put it on FM i only get static when on MAX volume if i press auto seek it just goes round and round and doesnt get a station at all :(

so possiable aerial? im crap at audio stuff so i need help wat can i do nxt????
