Charge Cooler Hose Sizing

Hi folks, I am hoping for some info here. I live in Africa where I run a Landcruiser - HZJ78 troop carrier with 1HZ engine which I have turbo charged with a CT26. To reduce intake charge temp I am fitting the charge cooler from a Celica (GT4 ST205 3SGTE). Now I obviously need to do some plumbing work, but here I cannot just source stuff easily, so I need to know the hose sizes (induction) for this charge cooler. It would be really great if someone could help with this!

The hose going from the CT26 turbo to the intercooler is about 65mm external diameter.

The hoses used on the water (cooling radiator to the intercooler) look to be about 32mm external diameter. This is on my number 1 RAV.

I think the water hoses on the number 2 RAV are a little bigger, but thats away at the garage just now for testing.
