Lambo Doors

Hi there.... a mate of mine owns a MR2 2002 52 plate and wants to put lambo doors on it..... was wondering if anyone has done it before. We know it consists of just the hinges.

Anyone have any advice on this or where/which hinges to purchase?

I look alot at these kits and so far I have only seen custom ones for the Mk1 and Mk2 shape but I'm sure there is a set out there somewhere.

On a personal note it is a lot of money to spend on something that just makes your doors go up.

Must admit I'm not a fan but if he gets one of the kits that say it will fit he might be disappointed when it rips off the door pillars because they aren't strong enough ;)
