Avensis Verso Booth Leak

HI THERE

I HAVE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED A 05 AVENSIS VERSO D4D AND HAVE NOTICED A LOT OF WATER IN THE BOOTH WELL. DOES THE REAR DOOR NEED ADJUSTING OR SHOULD I BE LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE? THE CARPET REMAINS TO BE DRY I HAVE ALSO SEALED UP THE RUBBER BUNGS IN THE BOOTH BUT TO NO AVAIL. ANY IDEAS?

Hi Paul

I had the same problem three visits to the dealer and they could not find where it was getting in. I climbed inside whilst a hosepipe was aimed at every part of it, eventually I found the rear window glass was not bonded correctly and it was getting in around it, running down the inner lining and ending up in the well. :(
