Yep - it's a lovely car (Auris SR) and the only thing that has spoiled it has been the mountain of problems related to the work which had previously been done to it due to some unknown incident. The replacement will apparently be the same make and model, but a different colour (my current Auris is black, and they said they can't get a black one for some reason) but lower mileage. Whether that means it will be a brand new car or another second hand one remains to be seen. Reckon I should be cheeky and ask for a set of mats to be included when the swap happens? ;)

Well done, great result, why stop at mats, they have admitted there was a fault that should have either been sorted at time of sale or at least notified to you off prior to purchase.

What else do you need, boot mat, mud flaps etc, go for it., if you don't ask you dont get. How about your next service free of charge?

Found out today that I get the replacement Auris (another SR, with about 3000 miles on the clock - mine currently has about 4500) next week :P
