Hi has anyone else had a recall for this ours went in tuesday to get checked the mechanic said it didn't need done but he had re sealed it anyway is it not strange to recall a car this old?

Ive just had my t sport serviced and the mechanic told me the master brake cylinder was faulty, will this be recalled or is it just specific cars.

I had a recall letter for this a couple of years back. Apparently it's a possible fault with the master brake cylinder on some of the earlier Gen 7 models. Take about an hour for Toyota to do a test on it. If it is faulty though they should replace it, though dependling on the garage they may try a weasel out of it.
