Toasted bagel with low fat garlic & herb Philly, cherry tomatoes, an Apple, an orange, a kiwi fruit & a banana!

Been healthy living for the last 2 weeks and I feel really good actually! :D

For lunch I had Turkey, egg mayo with cress and grated cheese on a long roll!

Lunch today was Crab Meat Sandwiches, a packet of Cajun Squirrel Crisps and a Double Milky Way washed down with a mug of Black Coffee.

had a tuna sandwhich on wholemeal bread with an Apple, some grapes and numerous amount of biscuits that where in the staff room!!!!

Yesterday me n Les had subway sandwiches...me subway club 6" n him steak n cheese 12" (well he did miss his breakfast)

Today we is having home made vegetable soup n he will probably have a bread roll to dip in it.
