Right, so the pads and discs arrived on wednesday, fitted them as well as back pads yesterday. Been bedding them in before the MOT on tuesday and braking power is already MUCH improved!

Very smart, shame the shiny new bits expose the need to paint the calipers ;)

I really need to finish mine off.

Currently have drilled, grooved discs on the rears with Mintex pads (as the rears had started cracking) still need to get round to putting the front set on.

And i need to give the calipers another coat of paint.

Maybe next weekend!

Nice work chay,, im still struggling to eliminate the brake squeal....ordered a new caliper slider yday and the mounting for it. Should eliminate the back wheel squeeking as i think the caliper is sticking.

Also now i put some non toyota pads on but no upgraded ones my car squeeks when braking been about a week of driving and they still squeek?? so will be changing to original toyota pads tomorow. dammit!

i noticed some squeeking on mine.. i did put a generous amount of copper compound behind the pad + the ebc pads came with some anti vibration plate that you stick to the back of the pad. the squeeking was only when cold and at slow speeds, once the pads and discs were up to temperature it seemed to have gone
