Verso Air-con Replacement

Hi!

I just bought 56 plate Verso T2 spec - it has air conditioning with manual adjustment - is it possible to replace this with the electronic one? (buttons and LCD instead of knobs? ;) ). Apart from the panel itself, are there any other parts you would need?

I would not think this is plug and play, the climate control system has individual front temp for driver and passenger so they will have a split system regarding air vents and pipes to them, the air conditioning on the earlier ones are a single system... You would also need to install the cabin temp readers and a host of other things.... would be very expensive.

Anyway I prefer air con to climate, I know this is a totally personal thing but with air con you control the heat of the air coming out of the vents, with climate, the car controls the heat of the air to get the inside to the set temp, well it doesn't always work that well and I keep having to change the temp to feel comfortable, so stick with what you've got it's better anyway....
