Crack Across The Windscreen

Was driving home when I heard a crack I though it was maybe jsut the speakeranc continued driving next thing I know a crack goes all the way across the windscreen scaring the absoulte ***** out of me as I drove up the motorway and nearly crashed. Managed to regain conrol and stop. But seriously there is no point of impact just a massive crack.

Just my luck eh!

Oh dear! glad ur ok tho :) maybe there was a really small chip that went unoticed and it just cracked cos of a bump in road or heat! :( boo hoo, hope it doesnt cost too much to replace!!

The initial "crack" sound may well have been a stone hitting the screen.

Hope that you have comprehensive insurance as if so a replacement screen should cost you £50 or £60 (The excess)

Cleaning the ***** from your seat may cost you a fair bit more :P ;)

Word of Advice to everyone. If you get a crack in your aygo windscreen get it replaced ASAP.

By the time I got to the place today the crack covered the whole windscreen and caved in at the slightest touch! Not as strong as we all have presumed.

The guy said that he replaced a 107 windscreen a couple of months ago and it was exactly the same.
