Can't Wait

Hi Guys

Just ordered my iQ2 in white,with sat nav, leather and urban pack

can't wait....but I think I will have to!!

What's the delivery dates on these - is there much of a wait?

I ordered mine on 2nd Jan with nav and isports and have a delivery date of 15th March so am almost half way there!

Some of the waits seem very long....

Ordered iQ2 yesterday in white.

Dealer was feeling hopeful of possible 1 Mar collection.

I should get a better indication once the order has been fully processed.

I get the impression that every car is being built to order. This amazes me; I'd have thought that there would have been stock in the UK, especially as allocation to dealers is strictly controlled (my dealer is allowed to supply 6 iQ's this quarter).

I'll update when I get feedback from the dealer.

Maybe its because of the current economic climate, they dont want to build thousands of them and have the risk of noone wanting to buy at the moment and having them just sitting there costing storage space etc, like Honda have that problem of at the moment..

The 'system' isn't providing my dealer a delivery date as of yet.

Ordered white iQ2 last Wednesday (4 Feb).

What lead times to delivery are other people being promised for an iQ2 without any option packs?

Was hoping we may have car for 1st March...

The story I am told is that my car is on a ship from Japan, originally due 29th March, then 27th march and latest news is 18th March, dealer said that end of this week I may get an update,

hopefully sooner as just "can't wait"

Yes, it arrived the day before I got the car. My dealer was surprised when I mentioned it and I was asked if I could take it in for them to have a look.

Just posted in my own thread, ordered on the 30th Jan, being delivered to the dealer today so only took 2 weeks instead of the quoted 3-4 :)
