I've Joined The Club "water Leak" :-(

Well my 56reg Aygo has succumoed to water leaking in the boot. :-(

Is it advisable to say i know others with the same problem?

That’s not good :(

If you have air con then put it on with the temperature set to high and the condensation will clear (not on re circulate) Otherwise you will get ice on the inside of the car if it freezes overnight (I had that issue in a former car!) De icing the inside in a new car is never a good sign!

Are any of your carpets wet in the car itself?

On another subject, does your driver seat belt retract on its own or is it just twisted?

Mine hasn't got te air con :( .

I have looked at the carpets and the front well's do appear to be wet, behind the seats are fine.

I have rubber mats also in the front, so water not coming from my shoes :)

PS Seat belt is OK, got a Klunk Clip attached. Well spotted :)

As it’s still under warranty then a trip to Mr T is in order. It sounds like the same problem many owners have had with faulty leaking door seals. I believe there is a new type of door seal available. Plenty of threads about the issue

Finally got in touch with Toyota (Snow delayed me), they are coming to fetch my baby on the 6th March. Pick-up between 9-11am and they will deliver it back to me before 5pm, not bad ;)
