Does The 05' Tacoma Have A Towing/wireharness Fuse?

Can somebody out there in Toyota land help me? I ordered my 05' Toyota Tacoma with a towing package. I recently bought a boat, and tried to hookup the lighting. Initially I had power, but as I tried to get everything on the trailer to work, later i had no power. There may have been an improper ground. Now, I have NO votage from the bumper wiring harness. The lights on the truck itself work fine, and all the fuses near the driver's side door are good. Is there a small fuse in the towing wiring harness itself? :huh: Thank You so much !!!
