hey im new to this site but i was just wondering weather anyone knows if 4a-fe dohc motors(1994 corola) a free spinning motor , just that my timing belt is due to be changed an i dont wanna risk my engine if it does break

do you mean and interference engine of non-interference? (interference is where there is a danger that the valves might hit the pistons and non-interference is where the valves definitely won't hit the pistons)

the 4A-FE is a non interference engine.
