Hi, I have a 04 Avensis saloon and the boot is misaligned. One side to be raised more than the other and the gap on that side looks bigger than the other. Does anybody know how to re-align the boot.

if its twisted just twist it back. i work on the body fit process at the factory.

its just a matter of pulling it about till there is an even gap either side and it is level. if it the catches on the lock striker you can tap that side ways.

I tried that at the weekend and it works, still a bit out but did not have the time to get it perfect.

Thanks,
