Just planning my service and I need some advice. I mentioned on someone elses post about service parts but did not want to hijack his thread. Anyway, I'm looking to service my 1.4 T-Spirit and I'm not prepared to pay Mr T's price of £140. So what I'm after is a K and N panel filter, NGK Iridium plugs, Mobil 1 0/30 oil and a filter from Opie Oils (UFI Filter). I'm looking at changing the pollen filter as well, (might as well go the whole hogg). The car has only got 27K miles and it's coming upto a year since I bought it. Previous to this it has had a Toyota service history.

The question I have is what are the UFI filters like from Opie Oils??? and where do I get a pollen filter from. The reason for the rest of the stuff (K and N filter and plugs) is I'm hoping for a little better fuel consumption and reliability. With a 1.4 I'm not bothered about speed! Also the life span of these parts will mean I dont have to change them for a very long time.

I also need the part number for the airfilter for the cross reference with a K and N filter as there are 2 listed and I dont know which one to get.

I found this Pollen Filter via Google, not sure if its any cheaper than Mr T though. As for the air filter see if your current one matches these dimensions:

Do you need Iridium plugs in the 1.4? The normal ones should last 4yrs.

Cant help with the UFI filter.
