Hi, i bought my mk1 mr2 about a month ago and am in the process of getting it back on the road to use on a daily basis. I drove it back from where i bought it from about 50 miles, however this is the furthest i have driven her. I have since been starting her about twice a week, however i have tried to start her tonight and it wouldn't fire up. It has been sat for a while now and also we have had quite a bit of snow however it was still turning over but just not starting. Anyone have any tips on what i should do re getting it up and running again and make sure its alright for about 50miles a day comute?

cheers

Mike

Is there a spark?

Sounds electrical, check dizzy cap, leads etc.... How much fuel is in it?

What was it running like when you drove her 50 miles?

dont know about a MK 1, but my MK2 91 runs at 1800 when cold... When warm it makes it way down to 750 or 800...
