Celica Gen 7 Gt - Advice On Security Devices Required

Hi All

I'm looking for advice/recommendations/suggestions on how to secure my treasured Celica Gen 7 GT

I've already got a decent Steering Wheel Boot/Lock, but I want a bit more 'protection'

I've tried, (and returned) an Autolok Klamp-It Wheel Clamp - Extra Large

(Couldn't get the top locking bar to fit into the lower bracket due to lack of clearance in the upper wheel arch)

I've considered the Autolok Original Handbrake/Gearstick Security Device, but that looks as if it will not fit, due to the 'close' & slightly offset layout of the Gen 7 Handbrake & Gearstick

I'm also considering a fold-down or removable Security Post

So, can anyone recommend devices similar to the ones above, so I can protect my car from the thieving scumbags that pervade our country?

As a footnote, any good alarm systems, (reasonably priced), with Trackers & Immobilizers?

Comments & help appreciated

Highest Regards

Update

I found this at Passion Automotive

Streetwise Easy Fit Road Wheel Clamp

Here a a couple of pics

Fitted

(I've shown the Wheel Clamp with as much of the lock mechanism 'on display' - When fitted properly, I'll reverse the fitting to hide the lock assembly under the car)

It fits like a glove, is extremely quick to fit & is very visible

It also appears to be well made & very durable, but I'll be spraying the lock & pin mechanism with WD40 just in case

Highly recommended

Hope this helps anyone looking for a suitable wheel-locking device

Thanks Marty32

I am considering a Tracker & 'Clifford Alarms' have been recommended to me elsewhere

So I may go for a Clifford

Thanks again for your time & experienced thoughts
