Is This Normal?

When my aygo has been running and the engines warmed up, warm air comes out of one of the heaters, (the one above the cd player which is mounted on the dash) even when the heater isnt on. It doesnt come out of any other heaters, just that one. Is this normal?

On most cars at least one of the vents allways lets trhough

SOME air, even when that particular vent is not selected.

When I had my Nissan 100NX the center vents allways let through

some air too, but this was documented in the manual as a "feature"...
