Rav 4 To Yaris

I've had three brand new RAV 4 over the past 10 years and each one has been better than the previous. I have been delighted with them all. Having recently retired, the prospects of paying the road tax and exhorbitant 'gass guzzler' local street park ing charges, decided to downgrade to a Yaris. I got a good deal on a Yaris 1.3 SR from my dealer complete with satnav and multi-mode transmission. What a mistake! I've never expericed such a poor driving experience with any car I've ever had. The 'transmission' throws me forward in my seat every time it changes gear. It is almost impossible to park in a tight space because it lurches as soon as I touch the accelerator, especially if I have a hard lock on the steering wheel. There is no concept of crawl. I took it to my dealer to complain and they just shrugged. What a lemon.

Although I have been a loyal Toyota owner for many years, this will certainly be my last!
