St202 Clocks?

Ok so if i convert to miles from KPH my clocks are going to read 110k miles instead of 68k. If I buy some second hand ones of a uk vehicle that has been wirtted off or scrapped that read below 68k is it possible to forward wind them at all? Maybe put a drill on the gearbox end and wind them forward or something like that?

I will be having an MOT done at the milages it is on now in KPH at roughly the same time i convert them but i would prefer to see the right mileage to be honest.
