New Auris

Hi guys

just bout an Auris SR 2.0 D-4D in Decuma Grey (the best colour IMO)

Thought i would put a few pics up of her up :o (some are a bit blurry as they were taken on ma blackberry). She standard with no factery add on. i do love my music and so i have put in ma old sub and amp and have bout a JVC nav/dvd/cd/ entertainment system wich i think looks the nuts. i will probably change the othere Speakers but not just yet no money

feel free to comment and if any1 has any ideas for suttle mods let me know.

Are those rims just the Toyota Kappa 17s? They look alright!

I'm on the prowl for some rims right now. Was gonna go aftermarket, but my dad can get Toyota parts wholesale through Lexus. Which would save me a lot of money..

Those rims are Pitlane from TTE! I think they're 17"...

I'm seriously starting to consider them.. it depends what they're worth wholesale. They'd look better in 18" but anything is better than the hub caps I have now ;)

How about the wideness, does someone of you guys know how wide rims would fit on Auris in 18" size? I have 8.0x18" with ET40, and

considering some bigger wheels. Maybe 8.5? Would they fit to the front, and what ET should I use then? And would the handling become

worse or better so much that I'd notice it?

I had them install an Alpine IVA505 to mine, I was their first Auris and yours would have been done with reference to how mine was done!

would like to know if you have done any research into speaker sizes and what sort of set up ill need...i think i will run all the new Speakers off a small amp (iv been told it gives a much better sound) and i would want to reaplace the tweeters and componants int the doors, the componants in the pannel were the rear doors should be and then also cut the parcell shelf and get some 6x9's in there?? any ideas if that would work??

i already have a sub...a huge 1...twin vibes 1400 with a 1000 watt amp...its on the lowest setting and still to much im goin 2 dave on thursday anyways will have a word with him bout prices and what nots and will let u kno....i got a couple smaller amps that i might use but i dunno if they will work with Speakers.
