Hi again guys

I remember sometime last yr something being mentioned about adjusting the handsfree options by going into the master settings on the radio, pushing different buttons on the radio to access this ? any ideas or did i imagine this ? :)

Try holding down "info" button whilst turning the sidelights on and off 4 times

Quick word of warning... I did this in a local car park one night and suddenly had lots of couples coming up to me asking about "dogs"...

Once you have accessed the menu by following the advice given you can adjust the mic setting to plus 1 -2-3--4 etc. Try it on 2 thats where mine is and it does not allow too much background noise etc.

Gave it a try (not in the car park) and got into the setup menu. Followed Duncerduncs advice and changed the mike setting from the preset 0 up to +2, so far so good. Then panic when I couldn't get out of the menu :help2:

I eventually turned off the ignition and then turned back on and to my relief it came back to the audio screen.

Don't know if the changes were saved or not and until I hear from you guys, not going to try it again.

I don't think you have anything to worry about and powering ign off is a valid way out.

The other way is to hold the DISPLAY button in for 3 secs.

It's been mentioned on here before I'm sure, but just for the record another way to get into those menu is to select the display screen, then tap in the left hand top area (dotted area shown), then the left hand bottom area shown. Repeat that another twice. Or just keep repeating until the menu appears.
