Drl Installation

Hello!

Got an idea to install Daytime Running Lights on my Auris... I am searching for some good-looking model, maybe some adhesive one.

Been thinking to install them on both sides near to the foglights, or somewhere at the lower grille -section. Third option is to make an installation

on the front bumper next to the towing catch -holes and bring the wires through the holes...

Has someone considered this kind of installation, or does someone know if there's some adhesive models or the ordinary ones which look different from these?

Like more the ones on the upper picture...

hello

i am using for DRL the fog lights witch have xenon (i have upgraded them)

but i was planing on buying a set of "stobe lights" (from ebay) and adapting them to be used as DRL and also as signal lights on the motorway

i like the 2x22 led ones but i think that the 2x48 led would be more visible

i have attached an photo of the positions that i like for the dtr

for more models just search on eBay for "car led strobe lights"

after you buy them you make an bypass so that the leds will not strobe.

I see you're using Xpyyy's car as a planning model :D

But nice ideas you have :) Thanks for the tips!

Found also some LED bulbs to fit into foglight socket, may be useful!

They'd look nice if you put one set to the low beams and another one to the fog lights...

Here is a small example of how it would look but the other set is around the blinkers instead of foglights
