2004 Celica 2nd Key

Hi There

Just bought a 2004 Celica and loving it but have a few minor things I'm trying to sort out.

I only have 1 key and have noticed that you can buy them with the two buttons on eBay. However how do I then program/sync them to my car? Is it something that needs a Toyota garage, if so any idea of costs?

Under the bonnet there are a few of the push-type retaners missing that keep the plastic coverinsg secure, does anyone know where I can buy some?

The spare wheel I have is a space saver wheel, but the boot doesn't seem to fit level with it in there. It seems to sit to low in the middle on the space saver wheel, should it be a full size spare?

These are all minor things but you know what its like with a new car you just want to play!

As regards the Keys, PM Hawker on Celica Club and he'll reply with the coding procedure.

Unless you know of a Breakers Yard with a Gen 7, you'll have to go to Toyota for the Clips I'm afraid.

The spare should be a full size Alloy, none of the Gen 7's have a space saver.

Was gonna say the same regarding the clips. You'll need to go to Toyota for those, shouldn't be too expensive really.

My spare is a full sized one too. Although, it has like a wood panel to bridge the gap too to keep the boot floor flat.

And welcome to Celica ownership!
