Wiring Scheme Speakers

I am not satisfied with the sound of the standard front and rear Speakers and my plan is to swap them for a pair of quality 2-way Speakers. I just found out that the size of the mid-woofer is 6''. What about a 2-way speaker system like this JBL Can I use every available Speakers system around or is T using special connectors/wiring ?
