is there any things i should look out 4 when i buy a g reg mr2 on fri i dont know much about theese cars. any help appreciated. cheers. mike. also are theese cars reliable ?

Bullet proof engines when looked after. Imports also dont suffer from rust.

What sort of condition is it in generally and how much you paying for the Revision 1?

Searching this forum for what to look out for will help as this question comes up a lot!

its a white g reg turbo with 83 000 miles on the clock full service history and a few mods like a blow off valve and air intakes i just lost my charsge gtti due to buying it in poor condition !

some friends said i can get the AA breakdown team to give it the once over when i view it is this true.

They do offer an inspection or just take it to your local garage.

www.revision6.com are good MR2 specialists also if you can make the trip.

Not sure what the stock head unit is like but I have to say that the MR2 has the best sound ever as it contains 7 Speakers if it has a sub and they are well located round the cockpit!

Fitted an aftermarket sub/amp behind the passenger seat on mine and fitted a Kenwood MP3 player and motorised screen in the second DIN, looks well.
