Front Noise

Theres a rubbing - humming noise in the front of my car which is worse when you turn. I have tried a few different things, but I want as many ideas as I can get so I can try them.

At the simplist could be loose inner wing liner being rubbed by tyre on full lock. Or more likely possible wheel bearing!! If you want to test CV joints for knocking put car on full right hand lock & complete a circle any knocking means passenger front CV worn & the opposite to test other side. You could be just plain lucky & find disc touching brake back plate. Just a few things to check before giving your money to a garage.

PS: Also possible PAS or idler gears for drive belts, just to many possibilities.
