Dog Guards

My father in-law bought a 97 vx colorado with 63k on the clock and is so far extremely happy with everything, which is brilliant cause i went with him to give it the once over before he paid for it. We bought it in Glasgow and on the way home to his house in Dublin it returned 29mpg which is great for the size of it and having an auto box.

He rang the other night with a noise when the heaters are on which was not there when we bought it or the entire journey home either but he will have to put up with it for a while as he is over 150 miles away from us and we are not due to see him for about 3 weeks. Is there anything standard comes to mind that goes on these motors with the heaters on.

And now the real reason for all this rubbish!!

Does anyone have a dog guard fitted to a 97 shape 5dr colorado, Where did you get it and what do you think of it please.
