1996 Rav Not Starting

Ok, this Rav4 has been declared SORN for the last few months and has sat on the driveway without the engine being turned over regularly and now it wont start. I've tried charging the Battery and topped it up, checked all the fuses but whenever the key goes in the ignition nothing happens. None of the dash lights come on and there isn't a peep from the engine and Im stumped!

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated, cheers.

Have you checked the earth strap body connection ?- sounds like there is no continuity [assume you have cleaned and tightened Battery terminals already]

About four feet... onto concrete should be enough! :P

The battery needs drop testing. they sometimes get a dead cell from standing.
