Wider Tyres On My Rav

Hi Guys does any one know how wide i can go with my tyres

I wish to use standard rims

Not sure but i think the ones on at the moment are 235's

Back in the early days it was a 215/70x16 tyre.

I've seen some RAVs with 235s and I think they were maybe fitted later??

On one of my sets of 18" wheels, I have 245s fitted

The wheel well will take a larger tyre fairly easily - only once did I have slight problems with the tyre scuffing the front of the wheel well on full lock....think it was the offset on the wheel that made the difference.
