Concerning the oil pump on the 3sgte do people just refurbish the bearings, seals and the pump? If this is the case anyone got a site for parts or do they just go through toyota?

It's usual to measure the rotor clearance to see if you need new parts. Its explained in the gen5 manual.

how many miles has your car done? i just replaced the whole thing. Fensport do the real macoy for about £100

74,000miles, did you have to take the crank pulley off?

i couldnt find it either, i just phoned them up. I dont know if you have to take it off, i have build my engine up from scratch!

yeah TBH on the 205 its easier with the engine out as the sum and crank pully need to be removed.
