Avensis 2004 Strange Sound

Hello

I have bought avensis 2004 2.0.d and i have a problem.

when i am driving on freeway above 140 km/h there is a strange sound. it looks like something is wrong. this sound apears to come from dash board and it sounds like some electrical engine... rubbing - humming noise

please help

what about el motor for climate fan? or salon filter positionning?

but i am not sure. wait for anothers.
