Hello. ive just bought my first mr2 !

its a Kreg, mark2 2.0ltre. now it didnt come with the spoiler on the boot, i thought it be easy to find one and fit it! but seems mines never ever came with one...??

any info would be great, choice of spoilers, ones that fit, and what id need to do to fit it, as i say im a novice, but im willing and eager to learn all there is to learn as far as my car is concerned, im hanging on to this for years to come and just want to make it the best i can !!

great site by the way.. and urls, to places i can get more info about my type of mr2 would be great.

Hello

Easiest option is to get a rev3 boot lid and spoiler,or a rev5 spoiler ,either way if you dont get the boot lid then yours will need to be drilled ,far easier to get one ready done ,if you go for the rev1 or 2 spoiler there are more holes to drill and the rear quarters of the wings need drilling as well

lots of people want the spoilerless boot lid,so yours could be sold to recoup some money

hi, thanks so much, i really dont want to go down the road of drilling holes ect, so that info is great!

all i have to do is buy the whole lot,boot and spoiler..and sell my spoilerless one on...?

You can make anything fit anything Ash

But....since you have a Rev1 there is a certain amount of welding up holes/filling. painting and drilling required.
