External Waste Gates

I need an external wastegate but dont which one. I will be running about 1.8bar but all the ones for sale seem to say that their springs will only cope with 1.4bar

think that may just be refering to the actual spring rate i.e minimum boost level with no boost controler. mine runs about 0.6 bar with the trigger pipe disconected but 1.8-1.9 bar with it conected. hope that makes sense :D

mines a 38mm job from D2 Power, it was only about £80. TBH though although it works ok it did need some fettling as the valve didnt seat very well.

id look at spending about £250 you should get a fairly good one at that price.

depends on the adaptor and what flange is fitted already. all wastegates should come with the flanges to seld on. also dont forget you will need a screemer pipe or a recirc pipe making up. if its a screemer then any powerflow center etc will be able to do it fairly cheeply
