Changing Cabin Bulb

Hi, can anyone plz plz help me. Im trying to change my cabin light bulb but i dont know how to. Iv unscrewed it & it just wont come off, i dont wanna yank it too hard incase i break it as it also has the controls for my sunroof on the same panel. Any help will be much appriciated ppl.

iv done what it said in quide but it still wont come off. Like i said, iv a pull it too much i have a feeling it might snap. Cant belive changing a F****** bulb could be such a headache!!
