Headlight Problem

Hi Guys,

Got a problem. Yesterday my left headlight bulb went. So i replaced it. The full beam works, but the dipped headlight doesnt work. Fog lights are ok. Can anyone help?

Check if you have a feed to the bulb (test light or voltmeter)

Then if so, make sure it's not just a dodgey new bulb.

Check you have a good connection onto the bulb terminals. (no corrosion or blackened terminal in connector block)

If no feed to bulb, check fuse.

Hi Yas,

Had the same kind of prob a few weeks ago, took it to auto electrician and the connector had a bad connection. Turned out it had melted the connector and damaged the wiring. techniciandid a little re-wiring with new connectors to sort it out...
