Just incase you dont read the Corolla section I thought this was a rather note worthy photo from our trip to Santa pod today....gives hope to all the Aygo owners out there :lol:

Although technically I didnt win, (just technically :lol: ) , he pipped me at the post thanks to head winds pretty much stopping me going any faster than 70mph.. :(

Fantastic. What was the times ? Hasn't PaulT already taken his rear seats out and got those semi slick tyres on?

Is RWYB still £10 or so and how busy is it nowadays?

RWYB is £10 entry then £25 for unlimited runs.

Wasn't too busy yesterday but i'm sure as the weather improves the day will become a lot more popular.

There's already talk of arranging another day so I'll make sure SJ keeps you peeps informed :thumbsup:

Can I just add that I had a body in my boot! and again i didnt launch at the line, but im not making excuses... I will just have to race Paul next time... Revenge will be sweet! B)

That Aygo vs Aygo video is awesome! Great engine noise :D

Those times include our reaction time, so I found the car was actually running pretty consistent 17.6 - 17.8 seconds. I think Toyota said 19 for the 400m, so not bad B)

My car does have less interior and light seats, but I did leave the spare wheel and tool kit in there. You could see that SJ and I started pretty much level but I pulled away easily due to the weight saving.

Didn't run with the semi-slicks as the heavier wheels would have slowed me down. However, new parts are on the way to sort that out :D

Was cool to drive over there with the Corolla guys. They were a fun bunch :thumbsup:
