Recommended Posts

Hi guys bought a replica veilside front bumper, from mad motors and its mad by hz performance. not overly happy with it as the splitter is different and the mr2 front lights simply dont fit where there supposed too. does anyone know of any by hz that could be purchased?

They are not meant to fit!! i believe you need MKiv supra lights for this god awful monstrosity of a bumper.

Of all the bumpers you could of picked from , sorry m8 each to their own n all that.

The fogs dont fit the official veilside either. Did you get the rest of the kit or just the front?

just the front mate, as i bumped the front of the car into a low wall on black ice! fitting was crap on the bumper, but it was all to be smoothed into the wings anyway, so not a big deal. it seems much more flimsey than the veilside, im afraid i could probably spit through it. are those supra lights from the MKIV sidelights or just indicators?

They are the indicator/side light combined from a Mk4.

Is there a reason you opted for the Veilside?

Ive got the vielside kit, bought it when i was 18... i regret it now at 25 :!Removed!: Anyway besides that I hate the front bumber it makes goin over little bumps or hills dificult. Im always worried im gonna hit a little bump in the road and the bumpers gonna fly off... makes the front too low.

Not my cup of tea either but each to their own!

Does anyone have any link to purchasing the Mkiv Supra lights that i need? cant seem to find any on the usually reliable eBay!

Why veilside, well... it was on the car when i bought it, and i think its the nicest kit for the mr2, i love it, but each to their own!!

If you put it into eBay there are loads of sets in the States at not a bad price, there used to be a UK supplier but that has seemed to have stopped.
