Miles has to go....

Won't be anywhere near as amusing if he doesn't!

Hello there

I'm still planning on coming to Santa Pod in my Aygo, is this still a go-er?

If so then I am happy it is going to be dry, so I get all my power down. Just a couple of questions though:-

1) What do I have to bring cash wise?

2) Do I have to register or anything beforehand?

3) Can you tell me how long the strip stretches after the 1/4 mile? I need to know this in order to see whether I have to fit the braking parachute or not.

Many thanks

Nitro Andy.

Oh, and I almost forgot

4) Is it bad form to have a run-up ? I'm thinking of starting my run-up in Bedfordshire.

Regards

Andy

Don't forget to bring someone that owns a red flag and a good pair of walking shoes. My son.

1. cash wise: 10 pound entry and 25 pound for unlimited runs down the strip. then extra for drinks ect

2. no registration before, just your drivers license.

3. youll have more than enough space at the end of the strip to slow down, at least 1/2 mile :P

On point 2, is this just the Photo Card part or paper part as well ?

Cheers

Just the Photo card is fine.

You have to fill in a form with your name, address and contact details incase of emergency, along with your drivers license number.

As for Chays Responce.. Nooooo way is it 1/2 to slow, it's about another 1/4 mile. It's very easy to stop before the turnoff out.
