Range For Service - +3000kms? (15,000 - 18,000)?

Checked FAQ, but

..went to dealership asking when service must be performed, within what "tolerance" of 15,000 kms to avoid any warranty issues in future.

They said within 3,000 kms.

Is this stated somewhere, so I'm not saying "the service person told me that" when they say my warranty is now invalid for having waited for the first service until 17,000 kms.

When I was at the first service (free voluntary service between 1000-3000 km) they said to book up next service when 15000 km has passed, recommended not going over the limit too much. In Finland the service schedule is every 15000 or every year.

what is the longest one can wait for first service without causing issues for warranty ?

The toyota extended warranty document says the service must be performed within 750 miles or 1 month of when it is due (whichever is sooner)
