Indicator Light Up On Dash

My sis -in- law's Rav4 (2002 nrg auto 3 door) had the indicator warning light come up saying bulb is out on the indicators, but she says they are all working?? Any ideas?

What does this light look like and waht colour is it? There is no light to warn that an indicator isn't working!
