New Fuel Bands (diesel 2.0 D-4d)

My new SR 2.0 D-4D has the CO2 listed at 140 G/KM on UK Registration Certificate (V5C) section 4 and again on V5C section 10.

In the Auris brochure it was listed as 144 G/KM and the new April price list has a revised engine with 138 G/KM.

I have the ADE150R-DGFNYW(1C) engine - the manual lists lots of different versions of this engine with two main types: ('X' < 50 ppm sulphur diesel) and ('Y' < 500 ppm sulphur) and since the 'Y' model is the only 'R' version e.g. RH drive model I assume all UK versions are type 'Y' - what's with the '1C'?

For now it's Band C but this band splits into three from 01/04/2009 - will that mean that the new tax band will be Band E e.g. 131 - 140 G/KM?
