Rear Bumper A Little Loose?

I was washing my 05' T Sport earlier, so, 1st generation, 2nd iteration and I noticed that when I pushed and scrubbed the rear bumper, it felt quite loose. The bottom would lean towards the car. If you look at the bumper and panels, I guess it makes sense that it would react to a force in that fashion, but it normal? Or are there a few fittings loose?

There’s a small amount of ‘give’ with mine, if it was rigid and you tapped it against something it would probably crack if there were no flexibility.

Thanks for the reply. I was just worried it'd come off if I went over a bump too hard or something! The suspension really does give a kick when you hit a hole!

I was probably just used to my old Polo having no give. Thanks again.
