Toyota Survey Questionnaire

Just wondering whether other users have received their Toyota questionnaire about the sale of the car and 'niggles'. Ours has been done and sent back, not a lot of room on it for the various issues, most of which have all been recorded on this forum, quality of the interior plastic, second gear selection, needs more small storage spaces also I mentioned about the seats bases being rather flat, need a bit of shape to them. Hope everyone else has been as honest. It can only be good for future development.

I'm not sure I've had one! good job really as it'd a complaints list!!! (for all the reasons you've listed already)

Has everyone kicked up a stink with the garage like me about the plastic quality?

For a 10k+ car the quality of the interior plastics is appalling.

they look pretty, but they mark/scratch with the lightest of touches.

I got mine yesterday but am holding out answering as had a serious run in yesterday with my dealer. Mine had to go back for the gearbox niggle (still difficult after adjustment) & had arranged a courtesy car as dealer 13 miles away from me, when I got there they looked at my certificate & said I was only third partry on loan cars so they rang my insurance who said I was not covered so had to arrange a lift back home & back to dealers later but the girls attitude was awful as if it was my fault! I told her they should double check that when asking if courtesy car required that insurance covers fully comp! Then when I was signing form for work I saw it said "2nd gear rectify reference bulletin" so I asked to see bulletin & they said there was not one & Toyota were not aware of any fault. <if my vocabulary was any smaller, it would be nearly as small as my genitals> I said, quite a few of us had problems. They got shirty & even suggested that I did not know how to change gear properly!

Not chuffed at all & YES my plastics are marking now where the seatbelt goes back even though I guide it all the way so will be making another call!
