North Wales Wing Mirror Replacement?

Hello All

Since I last posted here, when my passenger side wing mirror was broken by someone....(which I still haven't had repaired :() the drivers side wing mirror was vandalised on Friday night. The mirror piece was actually missing and the casing cracked also. I have replaced the mirror bit (£6.99 Halfords) to enable me to drive legally but now ideally want to have them both replaced

The problem is they are 'colour coded' otherwise I reckon I'd be able to do it myself if I could source the parts - but they need to be sprayed I assume?

Despite being absolutely gutted that someone has hurt my Yaris, again! I have had absolutely no response from Toyota Premier in Llandudno with regards to repair.

It seems they don't require any business - because despite phoning them numerous times this week and being promised a call back - they haven't bothered.

So now I'm looking for a reputable garage/body shop, somewhere in north wales to repair my Yaris

Cheers

Thanks for the PM - will definitely contact them. My other half works near there so that could work out quite well.

Yes, Llandudno is full of OAPs (mostly driving Yaris's LOL!) however I'm not one of them :P

But unfortunately living near a pub means drunken people thinking its fun to wreck cars :(

Hi

Quick suggestion: If there are non colour coded casings available for you car, (possibly for a more 'basic' model), and as you are going to be changing both mirrors, it might be worth considering changing them for that type. That way, it will be cheaper this time and easier if one gets damaged in the future. It depends on now old your car is and how important color coded mirrors are to you really. Just a thought.

Andy
