presume that it is a gen 6 celica

(if so from memory this is how i did mine)

1. lower steering wheel with adjustment lever

2. up to you but may be aesier to remove clocks if you remove the steering wheel cowl 1 screw underneart and 2 on face side of indicator stalks then just lifts foo

3.Below clocks behind steering wheel cowl is a cover full length of clocks this is a press on with hidden clips insert a flat driver and gently prise till it pops off.

4.remove the glass cowl screws 2 at bottom 2 hidden at top to relaes last trim bit then you can now see screws in all 4 corners that need removing to free clocks

5. gently twist and lift clocks till you can remove the 3? snap fittings that fit into printed curcuit board at rear of clocks - they all come out easy look for the little flap to push in that releases them

6.Clocks should now be free to lift out and change whatever bulb has blown

I would expect it to take about 30 minutes first time round - tools needed - screwdrivers

Hope this helps and i havent missed anything out

Most are the glass push fit type available from car spares or local garage at about 1.50 each / pair

smaller ones that light automatic display if auto may be toyota dealers not sure
